Lobster Stew

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lobster tails 12 Ounce
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

In large saucepan melt butter; add lobster and cook about 5 minutes.
Add cream, milk, salt, dash pepper, Worcestershire, and hot pepper sauce; heat to scalding.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand 15 minutes to blend flavors.
If necessary, reheat to serving temperature.
Ladle into soup dishes.
If desired, float a dot of butter atop each serving and sprinkle with paprika.
