Spicy Oyster Stew
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
Heat 1/4 cup butter or margarine in skillet, but do not brown.
Add oysters with liquid and next 5 ingredients.
Heat only until edges of oysters curl slightly; then add milk.
Heat quickly, but do not boil.
Serve with additional dash of paprika and lump of butter or margarine in each bowl.
Serve with oyster crackers and small dish of sliced dill pickles.
