Easy Oyster Stew
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned oysters||8 Ounce|
|Hot milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Saute celery in butter in saucepan until tender.
Add Worcestershire sauce and oysters with liquor; heat slowly for about 3 to 5 minutes or until oysters begin to curl.
Add hot milk and seasonings; heat just to boiling point.
Do not boil.
Serve in bowls; garnish with parsley and bread cubes,if desired.
