The chicken stew is a classic dish: in this recipe, the chicken is flavored with chopped green olives, aromatic herbs and chili pepper and it turns out tender and tasty!

1. Finely chop the onion and the garlic, sauté in extra virgin olive oil until transparent, add the chopped herbs, chili pepper and olives; let them brown for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the chicken bites and brown for 10 minutes; pour in the broth and cook on a low flame for about 40 minutes, covered with a lid.
3. The chicken is ready, add the flour through a sieve to avoid any lumps; stir well and let the gravy thicken for 5 minutes.
4. Serve the chicken stew hot along steamed rice and whole green olives enhance taste
