Parsley Oyster Stew
|Half and half||1 Quart|
|Onion juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine oysters, liquor and butter in saucepan; sim- mer gently until edges of oysters curl.
Add half and half, onion, thyme and bay leaf; season with salt and pepper.
Bring just to boiling point.
Sprinkle each bowl with parsley; ladle in stew and serve immediately.
