Solar Cooked Colombian Style Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound, diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Tri colored bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Potato 3 Small, peeled, cut into medium sized pieces
  Beef boullion 1 Large (tablet)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Crushed tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Assemble the solar cooker and place it in the sun with an outside temperature of 75 degrees Farenheit.

MAKING
2. Combine all the ingredients for the stew and place it in the black stoneware pot of the solar cooker.
3. Let it sit in the sun and be cooked for about 4 hours.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
