Crockpot Goulash Pork Stew

  Pork shoulder 2 Pound, cubed
  Red potatoes 2 Pound, cubed
  Baby carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 28 Ounce
  Water 14 Ounce
  Thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. In a food processor crush onion and garlic and place as a first layer inside the slow cooker.
2. Crush carrots in the food processor and layer them on top.
3. Arrange the potatoes on top of the carrots and then as the last layer put the meat on top.
4. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, thyme, paprika, chili, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper all mixed together.
5. Set the slow cooker for 5 hours on high setting.

6. Take out and serve!
