|Canned spinach puree||2 Pound (1 Large Tin)|
|Sliced tomatoes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Mutton/Meat / beef / lamb||1 Pound|
1) In a wok, heat oil and semi cook the meat.
2) Pour off the oil and allow to drain.
3) In the same wok, saute the onion till light browned
4) Stir in the tomatoes and simmer until the tomatoes are well cooked.
5) Pour in the spinach puree and season to taste.
6) Place the meat, in the stew and simmer until meat is tender.
7) Serve hot with rice, potatoes or yams.
