Vegetable and Chicken Stew

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , pared and cubed
  Carrots 2 , pared and sliced
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2 , broken into flowerets
  Celery ribs 2 , sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Sweet red pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Fresh dill/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2 In a 3-quart baking dish, Combine all the ingredients
3 Cover and bake for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
4 Serve hot.
