|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, pared and diced|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Celery leaves||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Marjoram||3⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Canned water packed tuna||7 Ounce, drained and flaked (2 Cans Of 7 Ounce Each)|
1 In a large kettle, combine chicken broth, water, potatoes, onion, celery leaves, salt, and peppercorns.
2 Bring to a boil.
3 Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
4 Stir in marjoram, spinach, and tuna.
5 Simmer for 5 minutes.
6 Serve hot.
