Rabbit Stew

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Rabbit 1 (Dressed)
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mixed spices 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Disjoint rabbit; brown in shortening in skillet.
Add onion, celery, tomato paste, wine and seasonings.
Simmer for 1 hour or until rabbit is tender.
Add vinegar; simmer for 5 minutes longer.
