Ingredients
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cut up cooked seafood 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Crab, White Fish, Lobster, Scallops, Shrimp)
  Sharp cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Sauterne 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the mushrooms in it
2. Add the soup and the cream to the pan and heat gently till the soup is thawed through
3. Add the seafood and the cheese and heat while stirring often
4. Add the sauterne just before serving

SERVING
5. Serve with hot buttered rice and noodles
