Healthy Chicken Stew

I find stews very healthy. And chicken stew is one of them. It has meat, vegetables and right measure of spices and herbs. It makes perfect meal. Healthy and filling.
  Boneless chicken breast 1
  Chicken bouillon cubes 1
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Dash
  Black pepper To Taste
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped potato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup To Taste

Medium heat the pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add boneless chicken breast.
Add sage and black pepper.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Cut chicken in the pan.
Add hot water to the pan.
Add chicken bullion cube.
Add carrot, potato, onion, and green beans.
Cover the pan, simmer for 20 minutes.
Add a bit of ketchup, and sauce thickener.
Stir them, serve on a plate.
