Heavy Cream Oyster Stew

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oysters with liquid 1 Pint
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat cream in 2-quart Sauce Pan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer; add potatoes, oysters with liquid; cook over low heat 3-6 minutes or until oysters float to top.
2. Add butter; season with salt, pepper to taste; continue simmering until butter melts; remove from heat; sprinkle with paprika, parsley; serve at once. Makes 2 3/4 cups
