Farm Style Stew
|Beef stew meat||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Zucchini||4 Medium, cut into 1 inch slices|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bottled steak sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned whole kernel corn||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and seasoned salt.
Place in slow-cooking pot with zucchini; pour hot water and steak sauce over.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until tender.
Turn control to high.
Stir in corn.
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; add to meat mixture.
Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
