Halibut Stew

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped fine
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped fine
  Green pepper 1 Small, diced
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Peeled chopped potatoes 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Clam juice/Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram/Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Cod fillets/Halibut fillets 6
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat the butter for 1 minute at HIGH.
2.Put onion, garlic, green pepper in the butter and cook for 2 minutes at High by stirring.
3.Put tomato, potatoes, water or clam juice, salt, pepper, dill or marjoram and heat for 5 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH.
4.Slice the fillets and place them on the mixture.
5.Put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes at HIGH.
6.Allow the mixture to cool for 3 minutes.

SERVING
7.Serve the dish warm with French Bread.
