Hearty Lentil Stew

Ingredients
  Lentils 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried whole oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 3 Large, chopped
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)
Directions

MAKING
1.Wash, sort and drain lentils.
2.Take a large pot, add in water, onion, lentils, rice, salt, parsley, oregano, garlic and let it boil.
3. Simmer covered for 25 minutes.
4.Add in spinach, carrot and tomaotes.
5.Simmer again for 20 minutes.
6.Ensure that lentils are cooked.

SERVING
7. Top with sour cream and serve hot.
