Slow Cooker Hearty Pork Stew

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin roast 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed of fat, cut into 1 -inch cubes
  Carrots 3 Medium, cut into 1 /4-inch slices to make 1 1/2 cups
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup
  Cubed peeled parsnips 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch Pieces)
  Cubed peeled butternut squash 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 Inch Pieces)
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped sage leaves/1 teaspoon dried sage leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped thyme leaves/3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker by tipping all the ingredients into it except the flour and butter
2. Cover and cook on low heat settings for 6-7 hours
3. In another small bowl, mix the flour and butter
4. Gradually, add this flour and butter mix to the stew until it is well blended
5. Increase the heat to high, cover and cook for 30-45 minutes more.
6. Stir the stew occasionally until it thickens

SERVING
7. Serve hot immediately
