Meatball Stew

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound, ground
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 6 Medium, cubed
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Carrots 6 Medium, sliced
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add beef, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Mix thoroughly.
2) Divide and shape into 1-inch balls.
3) In a saucepan, brown meatballs over medium heat. Drain.
4) In slow cooker add potatoes, onion, and carrots.
5) Place meatballs on top.
6) Mix ketchup, water, vinegar, basil, oregano, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper.
7) Pour the mixture over meatballs.
8) Cook covered on High for 4-5 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
