Santa Fc Stew

Ingredients
  Sirloin/Stewing meat 2 Pound, cubed
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrots 3 , sliced
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned green beans 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned corn 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned diced green chilies 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Squash zucchini 2 , diced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, brown the meat, onion and garlic in oil till the meat loses all of its pinkness. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2) Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for about 30 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4 to 6 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot
