Oven Stew

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4
  Celery stalk 1
  Carrots 6
  Beef chuck 2 Pound, cut up
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato juice/Wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the potatoes into quarters; cut also the celery and carrots into chunks
2. Apply butter on a baking sheet and add potatoes, carrots amd celery along with onions and the meat
3. Sprinkle salt, tapioca and sugar, pour tomato juice or wine over this stew and add bay leaves to it
4. Cover and bake at 300° F for four hours

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
