|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bottled clam broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cod/Haddock||1 Pound, skinned, boned, and cut in pieces|
|Shelled shrimps||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and cleaned|
|Cooked lobster meat||1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Medium cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook salt pork until crisp and browned.
Drain off fat and reserve pork.
Put butter, seasonings, and clam broth in kettle and bring to boil.
Add fish and seafood and simmer, covered, until tender.
Add reserved pork and remaining ingredients, and heat.
