Oyster Stew

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Oysters 8 Large
  Fresh ginger slices 3
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon, julienned
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 4 Drop (Few Drops)
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Saute the onion in butter until softened and add the oysters.
2. Put in the milk, ginger, salt, pepper, tabasco & orange zest.
3. Cook slowly until the oysters float.

SERVING
4. Pour in the cream, sprinkle with parsley and chopped green onion and serve hot in deep dish soup plates.
