Favorite Lamb Stew

Ingredients
  Lean boneless lamb shoulder 1 1⁄2 Pound (Cut In 1-Inch Cubes)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carrots 4 , cut in 2-inch lengths
  Small onions 6 Small
  Potatoes 3 Small, halved
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Flour meat; brown in small amount hot fat.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Cover; simmer (don't boil) 1 1/2 hours or till meat is almost tender.
Add carrots, onions, and potatoes; cook done, about 20 minutes.
Add peas and parsley.
Cook 5 minutes or till done.
Season to taste.
