Creamy Chicken Stew
|Boneless skinless chicken breast||16 Ounce, uncooked, cut into 32pieces|
|Carrots||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Place chicken pieces in prepared container.
Layer carrots, onion, and celery over chicken.
In a small bowl, combine chicken soup, basil, and black pepper.
Spoon soup mixture evenly over top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
