Spanish Stew

This is a Spanish recipe, i love it is so simple & delicious.
Ingredients
  Pork ribs 1 Pound
  Spanish chorizo 1⁄2 Pound (Bacon, Some Sausages, Etc)
  Tomato 1 , blended
  Chayote 1
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Potato 1
  Zucchini 1 , sliced
  Cannellini beans 1⁄2 Pound, previously soaked in water
  Chicken stock 70 Ounce
Directions

1. Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, cover with chicken stock
2. Cook about 45-60 minutes until the ingredients are soft
3. Serve in a soup bowl if you like you can eat it with bread

You can substitute the cannellini bean for lentils. The difference between fabada & potaje is: fabada has cannellini beans, wich it becomes smoochy and have more meat products; potaje have more vegetables & the beans are whole.
