Beef Corn Stew

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Melted fat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Potatoes 3 Large, peeled, diced
  Canned cream style corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In large skillet brown beef and onion; drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover, cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
