Moose Meat Stew

Ingredients
  Moose meat 1 Kilogram, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Flour 250 Milliliter
  Oil 45 Milliliter
  Pearl onions 20
  Diced carrots 250 Milliliter
  Diced turnips 250 Milliliter
  Diced celery 250 Milliliter
  Beef stock 500 Milliliter
  Red wine 250 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 500 Milliliter, peeled seeded and diced
  Worcestershire sauce 5 Milliliter
  Diced potatoes 1 Liter
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Pepper 1 Milliliter
  Basil 1 Milliliter
  Thyme 1 Milliliter
  Paprika 1 Milliliter
Directions

Dust the moose meat with the flour.
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven, add the meat and brown.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the potatoes.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Add the potatoes and continue to simmer for 30 additional minutes.
Serve with a green salad.
