Frank And Rice Stew
|Frankfurters||3 Ounce, cut diagonally into 1/2" pieces (2 Pieces, 1 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Uncooked instant rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Canned whole tomatoes||7 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||2 Ounce, undrained|
|Green onion||1 , finely chopped|
Mix all ingredients except onion[s] in 16 oz casserole [1-qt casserole].
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts) 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 1/2 to 3 min]; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 1 1/2 to 2 min longer [2 1/2 to 3 min longer].
Sprinkle with onion[s].
Cover tightly and let stand 5 min.
