Speedy Meatball Stew

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lean beef meatballs 250 Gram (250 Gram Pack)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Chopped rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Passata 560 Milliliter (1 Jar)
  Frozen peas 8 Ounce (200 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) For 10 minutes, boil the potatoes and keep aside. MAKING 2) in a large saucepan, heat the oil and brown the seasoned meatballls. 3) Cook the meatballs for 5 minutes and then remove from the pan. 4) Remove the excess fat from the pan and fry onion, garlic with rosemary. Fry them gently for approximately 5 minutes. 5) In the pan add passata. Simmer the heat. 6) In the pan add the meatballs and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until everything is mixed and cooked perfectly. 7) Add the boiled potatoes and peas . SERVING 8) While serving add little parmesan and eat with a nice crispy bread.
