How to make Brown Stew Chicken

  Chicken thighs 6 Large
  Onions 1 Large, chopped finely
  Kidney beans/Aduki beans 200 Gram
  Canned tomato 1 Can (10 oz)
  Carrots 2 Large, peeled, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped finely
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme/Dried thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All spice 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet potato 1 Large, washed, chopped
  Potatoes 2 Large
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon (mixed with water) (Optional)

1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic.
2. Add curry powder, all spice, chili powder and thyme. Cook for a while.
3. Add chicken and stir for a while.
4. Add tomatoes, aduki beans and chopped sweet potatoes and new potatoes.
5. When potatoes are tender, add water and bring to a boil.
6. Add salt and pepper and cover the lid. Let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.

7. Serve it with brown rice.
