  Garlic cloves 5 , peeled

  Fermented bean curd 1 1⁄2 (Add 2 Tablespoon Of Sauce)
  Sauce 2 Tablespoon, added to fermented bean curd
  Miso paste 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Teaspoon, added to miso paste
  Water chestnuts 8
  Dried bean curd 12 , soaked for 3 hours until soft
  Carrot 1 , peeled
  Shaoxing wine 2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Water 13 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (400 Milliliter)
  Chicken powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rock sugar 2 Tablespoon, wash
