|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 envelope)|
Crumble beef coarsely into 3 to 5-qt casserole.
Mix in carrots and celery.
Microwave at High 3 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until beef is set, stirring once ortwice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Microwave, covered, 12 to 18 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring once or twice.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
