Vegetable Stew With Haricot Beans

Ingredients
  Potatoes 225 Gram
  Carrots 225 Gram
  Turnip 115 Gram
  Haricot beans 115 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Milk 150 Milliliter
  Refined flour 10 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram (To Fry)
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Soak beans overnight in hot water.
2. Prepare vegetables.
3. Boil beans till tender in water in which they were soaked.
4. Heat fat. Brown onions. Add prepared vegetables and just enough tepid water to cook vegetables.
5. When vegetables are tender add haricot beans.
6. Add seasoning, flour and milk.
7. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring all the time.
