Spicy Stewed Pork With Eggs (Red Cooked)

Ingredients
  Lean pork shoulder 6 Ounce (180 Gram)
  Pork belly 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Shallot 1 , chopped
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Gram)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wu hsiang 1 Pinch
  Hard-boiled eggs 2
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut pork into 3-cm (1 -in) cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the shallot until lightly browned.
Add the pork and fry for 2 minutes, turning the meat.
Pour in the seasoning sauce, cover and cook gently for 1 hour.
Then add the hard-boiled eggs and cook for a further hour.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
