Scalded milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster crackers/Soda crackers 5
Directions

2. Heat the oysters in the butter or margarine with the Worcestershire sauce until their edges curl. Add to the hot milk.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and about 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Taste; add more seasonings if desired. A dash of paprika on top of the stew gives appetizing color contrast.
