Pork Cider Stew

Ingredients
  Pork shoulder roast 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Chopped potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (3 Medium)
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Chopped carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (3 Medium)
  Chopped apple 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (1 Medium)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stalk)
  Quick cooking tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple cider/Apple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. In a 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker place meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, apple, and celery. Sprinkle with tapioca, salt, caraway seeds, and pepper. Pour apple cider over all.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
