Microwaved Oyster Stew
|Light cream||1 Quart|
|Fresh oysters||1 Pint, reserve liquor|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine light cream and reserved oyster liquid in 2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 10 to 12 MINUTES on '8', or until mixture is almost boiling.
Add oysters, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Do not cover.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on '8', or until oysters swell and edges begin to curl.
Place 1 tablespoon butter in each soup bowl.
Ladle stew into bowls.
Serve at once.
