Ingredients
For 4
  Lamb neck 500 Gram
  Turnips 115 Gram (Use Young Variety)
  Young carrots 225 Gram
  New potatoes 450 Gram
  Green peas 450 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mint 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
Directions

1. Wash lamb and cut into pieces.
2. Peel and slice onions.
3. Scrape and cut turnips and carrots.
4. peel potatoes, shell peas and chop mint.
5. Put the meat, onions and seasoning in a pan. Add sufficient water to cover the meat. Simmer for one hour.
6. Add vegetables potatoes and mint and cook till vegetables and meat are tender.
7. Remove from fire and serve hot.
