Lima Bean Frankfurter Casserole
|Lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Liquid drained from beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frankfurters||6 , sliced|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Start oven, set at 375° F., Moderate.
2. Rub a l-quart baking dish with butter or margarine. Place beans and their liquid in the baking dish. Add the sliced frankfurters. Mix well. Top with mixture of grated cheese and crumbs.
3. Bake 20 minutes or till top is well browned.
