Mullet Stew

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless mullet fillets 3 Pound (12 In Number)
  Greek seasoning To Taste (Such As Lavender'S)
  Onion 1 Large, peeled and chopped
  Green bell peppers 2 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Lightly grease a 12-inch skillet with olive oil.
Cover the bottom with fish fillets.
Add Greek seasoning, onion, bell peppers and garlic.
Crush tomatoes; add to fish mixture.
Add vinegar.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
