Tasty Lamb Stew

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use As Required)
  Lamb stew meat 3 Pound
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  String beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cubed potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dried celery leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine flour and salt and pepper.
Dredge lamb in seasoned flour; brown in 3 tablespoons hot fat in large skillet.
Add water to cover; simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes longer.
Blend 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water; add to lamb mixture gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
