Turkey Stew

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 inch thick)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coarsely shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cut up cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Condensed chicken 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine butter, onion and carrot.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until carrot is tender-crisp, stirring once.
Stir in flour.
Blend in water.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 15 to 23 min
