|Raw beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
|Fresh pork||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Diced cooked corned beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raw potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut in small pieces|
|Onion||1 , diced|
|Beef stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Slowly cook the raw beef and pork for 1/2 hour with enough stock to cover.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let them simmer for at least another hour.
When the meat is tender, the stew is ready to serve.
