A stew is seasoned, floured stew beef that is simmered to taste.
1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces
Sweet cream butter

Scotch bonnet pepper

1. Season the beef with your favorite seasoning, salt and flour. Transfer to a plastic bag and shake well.
2. In a skillet, heat butter, when slightly brown at the edges, add beef, cook until the beef turns brown.
3. Add onion, garlic and scotch bonnet pepper, cook for few seconds, add potato, pour enough water to cover the ingredients in the pan. Simmer for about 1 hour.
4. Serve warm with rice.
Be careful while using the Scotch bonnet pepper as it is very hot.
