  Boneless lamb stew meat 1 Pound
  Brown gravy mix 5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Instant minced garlic/1 clove garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Minced)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 3 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces

In 2 or 3-quart casserole, combine lamb, gravy mix and sugar.
Cook uncovered, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cook covered, 20 minutes or until vegetables and meat are desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
