Delicious Lamb Stew

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2
  Carrots 2
  Parsnip 1
  Celery stick 1
  Cooking apple 1 Large
  Stock 1 Pint
  Plum jam 1 Tablespoon
  Lamb neck 2 Pound, seasoned (Best End)
  Flour To Taste, seasoned with salt and pepper
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim meat and cut into chops.
Dredge with seasoned flour and brown in heated oil.
Chop onions, slice carrots, parsnip, celery and peeled apple.
Add vegetables and apple to frying pan and saute a few minutes.
Stir in plum jam and stock, bring to boil, reduce heat; simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
If extra thickening is required, blend a little seasoned flour with water and add to stew, stirring.
