Hearty Oyster Stew

Ingredients
  Canned oysters with liquid 1 Quart
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Crusty bread slice 2 , toasted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened whipped cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oysters with liquid in a large saucepan over medium heat; do not boil.
Cool; strain and reserve liquid.
Grind oysters, celery and bread.
Stir in the reserved liquid and seasonings.
Melt butter in a small saucepan; whisk in flour until absorbed.
