Mom's Easy Baked Stew

Ingredients
  Chuck roast 3 Pound, cut into cubes
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled and cut
  Carrots 2 Medium, peeled and cut
  Celery stalks 2 , cut
  Onion soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Brand)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 To 12 Ounces Each)
  Canned tomato soup 12 Ounce (1 Can, 10 To 12 Ounces Each)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a deep roasting pan with cooking spray.
Layer ingredients by first placing meat, then vegetables in pan.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Then pour cream of mushroom and tomato soups over the vegetables.
Cover pan tightly with foil and bake for three hours
