Mom's Easy Baked Stew
|Chuck roast||3 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, peeled and cut|
|Carrots||2 Medium, peeled and cut|
|Celery stalks||2 , cut|
|Onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Brand)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||24 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 To 12 Ounces Each)|
|Canned tomato soup||12 Ounce (1 Can, 10 To 12 Ounces Each)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a deep roasting pan with cooking spray.
Layer ingredients by first placing meat, then vegetables in pan.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Then pour cream of mushroom and tomato soups over the vegetables.
Cover pan tightly with foil and bake for three hours
