Shrimp Stew Demere

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Pint, boiling hot
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juice taken out and rind grated
  Sherry wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Flour 1 Tablespoon, mixed to a paste with a little mix
  Shrimp 1 Pint, cooked and broken (not cut) into pieces
Directions

To the hot milk, pour in the cream, lemon juice and rind, egg yolks, flour paste, and shrimp.
Flavor with wine and serve hot.
