|Milk||1 Pint, boiling hot|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juice taken out and rind grated|
|Sherry wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Flour||1 Tablespoon, mixed to a paste with a little mix|
|Shrimp||1 Pint, cooked and broken (not cut) into pieces|
To the hot milk, pour in the cream, lemon juice and rind, egg yolks, flour paste, and shrimp.
Flavor with wine and serve hot.
